Crawford was a patient man.
But even a man of steel would have shivered a bit, when a slimy tentacle gently touched his ankle. The movement was soft, tentative and sticky. „What the fuck is this?“, Crawford said in an icy tone that could freeze hell over; the tentacle withdrew itself in an offended, deliberately slow fluctuation.
„I want to name it Pochi“, the hideous thing was still hiding behind Nagi's leg and only a puddle of slime revealed its whereabouts.
Crawford eyed the octopus vengefully; Masafumi would regret the day he tried to get rid of his ill-bred creation.
Bonus: Another (and again a very ridiculous) drabble - because I am weak and could not decide which path to follow. Does sheer nonsense count as WTF at all? It seems rather WTF-ish to me?

Word Count: 100
Through his sleep the demon sensed the soft and ceaseless litany. The ancient words called him, dragging his soul into this new world, so alive and full of fresh energy to devour and destroy. His ego shattered, became crystalline and liquid and a few drops reached the girl's consciousness, touching her mind.
But another power was stronger and locked him in the dark. It was so hard to resist this other power...
Prominent Rosenkreuz scientists, Schwarz and the Elders themselves wondered about that cryptic cry. The demon's lips trembled and in ancient Aztecan dialect he whined, another 5 minutes, please.
