1 year older and 3/4 as wise
Two quick notes:
- After all the hospital shenanigans described in my last several posts, i finally wound up getting the problematic wisdom tooth removed on June 23, a month ago to the calendar date. The procedure went off without a hitch, and it feels like everything's healed up nicely so far. It is still a little sore, and i miss the lost quarter of my tooth-based wisdom, but i think i'll manage.
- I'm about to turn 32! In two days! I'll be going to San Francisco to celebrate, and would love to hang out with all the people while i'm there. I don't have any plans for my birthday proper yet, but there are a couple of other fun things lined up during the week, including a nice dinner at Chez Panisse. Do let me know if you're around and want to hang out!
