Does it have, like, a ridiculous application process or other things are conflicting, or something like that? It sounds unbelievably out-of-this-world amazing. I hope things work out!

It's mostly just down to money, right now. Academically I'm in, but...the almighty dollar continues to mock me. (But it's got a Founding Father's face on it, and I've been feeling rather kindly disposed towards them recently...XD)
