Pansy swayed slightly as her feet touched the solid ground below her, she had never really gotten used to Portkeys and she usually preferred to avoid them.
Casting a levitation charm on her large trunk, she started walking towards the glass house and crowd. Pansy spotted the small gathering of Aurors standing by the entry gate to her new home and she swiftly made her way to them, her trunk floating behind her.
One of the Aurors stepped up to her and looked at her with a stern expression on his face.
"If your trunk is larger than the standard trunk, please resize it. Everything that has been shrunken to fit in it must be returned to its original size." The Auror spoke in a bored voice. "Please remove all of your possessions so we may inspect your trunk to make sure it accomodates the Wizard Watch rules."
Rolling her eyes, Pansy unlocked her trunk and floated all her possessions out of it. She glared at the Aurors.
"Do you have any idea how long it took me to actually fit everything in here without shrinking anything? Probably not, so you can repack it if you're so keen on snooping through everything." She sneered, when her eyes fell on Draco. She smiled back at him, thankful that she would not be alone when entering the house and she wouldn't be the first and only Slytherin there.
She unconsciously touched her wrist where a silver bracelet interwoven with gold threads rested against her skin. Pansy hoped that they wouldn't be looking too much at the bracelet transfigured from something they would certainly not allow inside if they knew. But for now it was just a pretty piece of jewellery.
"No, Miss Parkinson." The Auror snorted. "I'm sure your house elves worked long enough on it."
He waved his wand around her trunk before checking her possessions, nodding. He looked back at her and handed her one of the journals. "Please repack your trunk and you are ready to go inside. Welcome to Wizard Watch." He gave a small smirk.
Pansy pursed her lips and kept glaring at the Auror as she repacked her trunk, barely able to close the lid this time around. She levitated the trunk and stalked past the Aurors and through the gates, muttering curses as she got nearer to the house itself.
