Just an FYI? We checked with the big brains in Witchelny.
People aren't disappearing because they're being sent back.
There's some kind of dimensional disruption associated with it. We can't say for sure just what, but it's similar to the kind associated with digimon called Deepmon.
But... it's not them. What they do is still distinct from what's going on here.
Odds are people are being taken.
