Each member of the Order (Minerva, Severus, Remus, Bill, Molly, Tonks, Hagrid for our purposes - but there's a complete list of order members here...) will receive an invitation this morning - by Owl post. The invitation will read thus:

You are cordially invited to a cheese tasting evening, to take place at the Hog's Head, Hogsmeade, next Tuesday evening. The evening will begin at 9:00pm sharp, and promises to offer something to suit everyone's tastes.
I look forward to seeing you there.
