Avengers

OK look, Marvel. We both know that DC has had a long head-start on you when it comes to adapting their characters to animation and doing a good job of it. Hell, even of doing a BAD job of it. I appreciate that you've adapted the Avengers like, what, five or six times now? This new version? Well, it doesn't look half bad. I mean, you've got all the major players, an actual and honest-to-goodness Avengers villain and everyone appears to be looking the part. Not much to see her in terms of story or acting, though, so I guess we'll see. The DC Animated Universe series of shows (pretty much everything from Batman: The Animated Series until the end of Justice League Unlimited) is a pretty high bar to meet. Hell, the total crackiness of Batman: Brave and the Bold is a high bar. Good Luck. Oh, and while the Ultimate Avengers and Avengers Next and all that jazz were...OK....

DON'T DO THIS AGAIN:

Seriously, it's like a HOW TO course in every mistake you can make when adapting a comic to an animated series. Just DON'T.
