[She wobbled around on her broom a bit. In her mind, at least, she had no pangs of guilt about accidentally hurting Patchouli. She definitely likes her but if she can't dodge, isn't that her fault? Definitely the best kind of logic.]

I feel like I've been complimented!

[And she was stuck dodging even more. She had an idea she wanted to try but she definitely couldn't do it under the relentless pressure that was already there. She had to think of something to clear it out.]
