LIMS Challenge 3: Mod Userpic
For my new Mod Userpic, this year I want one with Luna Lovegood. Try to avoid pictures with weird/silly faces, since I'll use it for serious posts. Please write "Mod" (or Maintainer) somewhere on the icon. Also, you should save a Textless version for the Nomination in case your icon is the Favorite! (but you don't have to upload the textless version right now) I'll of course Credit the maker of my new userpic :)

Rules of the LIMS:
* Failure to enter will result in elimination, unless you have a Skip. If you will need an advance on a challenge, see this post.
* If you have a SKIP and want to use it, comment to THIS post to let me know.
* You may only enter a brand new original icon. This means you cannot use a base!
* You may NOT post your icon anywhere (not even for personal use) until the results are posted.
* You may use any picture(s), but it must be a scene/character from the Harry Potter movies, so you cannot use Book Art or Fan Art.
* Brushes, Textures, Gradients, Blending, Text and Animation are all allowed.
* Only ONE entry per contestant are allowed, no more.
* Your icon must be 100x100 and under 40k in .png, .jpg or .gif format.
* Post your entry in a comment to THIS post with the URL and the SRC (see the example & the codes below).
* DEADLINE: Friday, March 26th @ 9pm Central Time Zone.
* If you are unsure of the time difference, compare your local time with the Central Time Zone here.
