* hp_awards rules state that I can only nominate three icons by the same person. So I used my own judgement and had to eliminate one icon from both cs_riina and lil_pixiedevilAlso, I wanted to nominate almost every icon in several categories, but the rules also state that I can only nominate 20 icons a week
