happy hearts' day :)
now that i've thought about it, i've never had a sweet valentine's. well aside from the flowers i've received that really weren't of sigificance, hahaha. hmm, let's see.. 2valentines were preceeded by breakups, one was spent in canada and no one was absolutely decent enough to be dated, another was preceeded by a really bad situation with some guy, and this year.. well, another bad and sad "breakup" followed by "dating-gone-wrong" which is still in the pending bin right now. the story of my life huh.
today, i was supposed to have plans with my fellow single girlfriends. take note of the word supposed. we planned this date like weeks ago, and even promised to each other that no matter what, we will push through with it, nevermind that some guy would ask any of us, he'd just have to be turned down (or rescheduled for that matter, haha). a movie, Music and Lyrics, and a dinner at Cyma afterwards. we even looked for cym's num for reservations and had pau reserve seats for us in the movie. that was the plan, till we thought we could just do the dinner tom coz we have a report tom, and well, it'd make our vday a 2part celeb.
that was also the plan till.... MY DAD TOLD ME LAST NIGHT THAT HE'S MADE PLANS FOR US!!!
i was like, what, i already have plans! told him about the movie, and he went, "dya have to be there?" hello! so i told my parents that i have a date with my friends, and my dad looked like he couldn't comprehend the idea. like, a date with friends? so anyway, i just retorted na hindi kasi nagsasabi agad. besides, we've never had any family dates on Vday before.. so why would i expect one now?! the annoying thing pa is, we're goin to diamond hotel at ROXAS, and the movie's at glorietta! argh.
just a though, what if i had real valentine's plans?! hah that would suck-ass.
