Should be done applying for majors and withdrawing from housing as soon as the paperwork goes through. Harry is my Cosi adviser. This pleases me. I still haven't managed to work on my programming assignment as much as I should, but I'm hoping to devote myself to that tomorrow after I finish transferring files at work. For now, I just have to write a one to two page film analysis (a one page double spaced paper, I'm not really sure why this counts toward our grade), and then I'll probably read for a few minutes and head to sleep. Aside from that, I still have to get the new comics from Pep, figure out my summer plans, see what's wrong with my printer, decide whether or not to apply for an internship, and work on a few of my characters/creative things. And study for finals, of course.
Every day this week has seemed three times longer than normal, and I'll be glad when the semester's finally over. One of my closest friendships here took a severe hit tonight, and we'll only find out if it's a mortal wound over the coming days. Before it happened, I'd been trying to figure out how I could arrange to run off and be alone for a period of time, like backpacking across Europe alone or taking a road trip to the Grand Canyon on my own or something. Now that seems like an even better and more recuperative idea, and I think if I can find a place that allows 20 year olds to rent cars, I might drive down to visit my cousins in Florida while I'm home.
