I can hear you judging me.

Aside from that, I need a hair cut. … Anyone have any suggestions for that one? (Where to get one, that is. I really should leave campus once in a while….)

So, obligatory pleas for social and consumer aid aside, I have discovered a dangerous combination:  Mac + tea + empty room + punk, ska, swing, and other hyper music + tv links.  It hasn’t been pretty.  I’m really glad that no one I know has secret cameras in my room. … Mostly because that would be more than a little stalkerish, but also because I apparently behave ridiculously when alone.  I’ve been around people almost 24/7 for most of the semester, so I’d forgotten.

Another bad plan involves hyper!Mac attempting campaign LARP character creation. I’ve been trying to prevent it so I don’t end up making a character I am physically incapable of playing, and so far I’ve managed to restrain myself.  I haven’t been able to stop making up horrible nicknames for my liege, though.  Sorry, zapf.  Well, the character’s probably sorry, at least. Probably not, actually. Ah well. He/She’ll get you tea to make up for it. (And the reason I shouldn’t make characters while hyper is because I just thought, “Magically heating water would be the coolest and most useful talent ever! You could always have tea!” It’s rather strange feeling hyper and yet exasperated with your own hyperness. Fortunately it’s also amusing.)

On the bright side of all this insanity, I read eight books of the Aeneid, which is about all I can take in one sitting without beating the book against a wall and snatching up my copy of the Odyssey to clear my mind.  And even more important than homework, I’ve started to catch up on some of the shows I’ve missed since school started.  Oh, Psych and Eureka, how I missed thee.

eureka, larps, btc, goth clubs, psych, hair cut, tea, odysseus kicks aeneas's ass, hyper, what's free time?, punk/ska for the win
