Team Engineering layout
The best use of this layout is in combination with NO ADS aka a basic account, but if a plus account (or polls) are required the best setting for ad placement is horizontal above and below content.
-choose a Flexible Squares Style
-download the code file below, and C&P it into the custom CSS text window here

-Set all drop downs on the custom CSS page to NO
-The side bar must only have the Links List and the Blurb showing. Anything else will make everything very wonky
-The Blurb will overflow if much more text than the quote i originally put in it is used. The links list will also overflow if more than 5 links are inserted
-Change the "recent entries" tab name to something shorter like "entries"
-Credit introject @ unequally for the style sheet
