I could use a little help.
So, I've been studying with this girl for some 2 years now. She was raised in the truth until she was 9 and her mom got df'ed and they all quit going to the meetings. Now that she's an adult she wants to be a witness again, but I cannot get the girl to attend the meetings - or finish our study. We have 1 chapter left in the knowledge book and can't pin her down to a time to study it. Every time I see her (I visit her every other Saturday morning to give her the recent magazines) she's just as excited about being a witness again as she used to be and always says, 'Ya! let's get together some time this week' and it never happens. I need to light some sort of a fire under her, but don't know how. And is she just saying this to me so she doesn't hurt my feeling or maybe because she feels guilty because she knows what the right thing to do is but deep down doesn't really want to do it? Don't know. How do I get her to open up to me? I know that her husband doesn't really like her studying the bible, but it didn't stop her from starting the bible study and didn't prevent her from going to the meetings when we first started. Anything would be helpful.
