My goals for the iCiNG Transformation Challenge:
  • Get moving every single day. Hit the gym, take a yoga class, box on the Wii, lift some weights, dance around like a crazy person -- any exercise at all, as long as it's something.
  • Write every single day, online or in my journal.
  • Don't get takeout or go out to eat, unless I'm going out for the specific purpose of doing so (like a Valentine's Day date, or a Saturday morning breakfast to catch up with friends). I'm going to bring nutritious food in to work so I'm not tempted to pick up a sandwich, and I'm going to have fun cooking dinner with my handsome gentleman friend every evening. And I'm going to take my supplements every night after we've cleaned up.
  • Overall, treat myself with love and care. This month is about taking care of myself and enjoying life, not pushing myself to do more, be more, weigh less no matter what. I'm not going to weigh myself or count calories. Every single day of the ITC needs to be about improving the quality of my life, not just sliding into what is easiest and most status quo and most boring. Everything is going to fit into my resolution for 2009, which is to have more fun. Yeah!
