omg the last one... why'd you have to put that one last so that my heart broke after all the fluff ;____; the details you paid attention to in the last one, about Kris's appearance... his shoulder blades and his skin and his brokenness... omg Laura. It cut right through me :( he felt fragile and breakable and like we had to be very careful with him because he might just disappear into nothingness when we blinked :(

the middle one was super adorable. I love that Kris was so painstakingly precise with how he prepared Adam's lunch for him... like he'd do anything to please him, to make him happy. And seeing into Adam, how he takes down all his guards around Kris, FOR Kris. That was amazing.

The first one was really powerful though. And although the last one was the most heartbreaking, the first one was the most painful. To see the parallels you drew between Kris and Katy and Kris and Adam... like Kris was just going down the same path, making the same mistakes, ending up at the same endpoint. And the focus on that chair was fantastic. Like it was the thing that Kris thought was worth fighting for and it ended up being the only thing he had left after the fighting ended.
