There's a little paper crane tuckeed against the wall, folded from scribbled-on yellow paper.
Two more to either side, leading in opposite directions.
"What say me 'n him," he jerks his head at Chainsaw, "take one end of this thing and the four of you take the other? Bound to be somethin' interesting going on in one'a them places."

"If we do split up, keeping one of you with each of us is good planning," he murmurs. "Convenient way to keep in touch."

He exchanges a look with his double, then glances at Chainsaw.
"Don't do anything we wouldn't do."

"You got it," he says, slipping an arm around Roy's shoulders. "C'mon, kid. Let's go be heroes."

The former allows himself to be led off down one side of the trail, and the latter starts walking in the opposite direction.
He pulls a marble from his pocket as he goes. (Real witches learn to make do.)

The trail leads them to an elevator.

"Third floor," he says eventually, pushing the 'down' call button. "There's a crane in the hall."

"Can you get any other information about the place?" Will asks as the elevator dings and the doors open.

They ride up in relative silence.

The doors open.
The two soldiers on the other side look surprised to see anyone in the elevator.
And then look thoroughly disconcerted that the people in the elevator appear to be a set of identical triplets.
