Q & A!

May 12, 2013 14:42

I took part in a meme with lachenderbuddha :) and these were the questions. Also, if anybody else would like an 'interview' then leave a comment and I'll ask you five questions to answer yourselves.

1. What is your favourite homepage (yeah, yeah, besides LJ :P)?
Indie Shuffle! I can leave it to play through songs while I'm reading/drawing/etc, mostly it picks out good music. Other than that I only really browse news sites and art forums. Often I waste some time on Buzzfeed also.

2. How did you get to the eating style you mentioned (I am just curious :))?
I spent a bit of time post-twinloss living an unhealthy lifestyle. Not just in what I ate, mind. I became depressed and refused anti-depressants. My doctor advised a better diet, more exercise, drink less alcohol, all of the usual things that are common sense when battling depression. That's where it began; I was forced to live better to be able to live at all. Once I got a taste for clean eating and anti-chemical lifestyle it turned into a second nature, it isn't as difficult to do or maintain as people are led to believe.

3. Do you have any tattoos? (If so, which ones? If not, would you like to have one?)
I have a dreadful black splodge on my shoulder, another on my back and ankle, that I stupidly got when I was going through my aforementioned unhealthy phase. I hate them, I hope to one day have them removed or perhaps turned into something pretty. Dumbest idea I ever had!

4. When you were a child, did you think a certain word of your choice meant something else? (For example, I once read a member of my favourite band thought that "plum juice" was actually "plum rain" ... Which I found kind of cute :D.)
Aha! Urm I can't think of anything, no. How boring of me!

5. Looking into the future, what do you most desire for it?
I'm an old fashioned hopeless romantic so 'love' fits in there somewhere but I'm teaching myself not to define myself by external relationships. I most desire to have a greater relationship with myself, to adjust to being a 'one' instead of a 'remaining one' anymore. If I can achieve a time of contentment within myself then I'll be satisfied and I won't need to plan ahead much beyond that.

(non-meme note; Evan and I have been exchanging messages since his first contact with me, we are getting along very well! It seems that we may be on for a meet in the next few weeks, too soon?)
