A note to you fellow insomniacs. Lipton apple cinnoman tea with a teeny bit of honey (or whatever your sweetener is) works a long way, I'm already feeling drowsy and will be hitting the pillows once I finish my yummy tea. Of course, if you don't like that type of tea, get any tea you like. :P
