December meme day 25, 26, and 27...oops!
Day 25 → Your day, in great detail
Friday was pretty good. I got up and took a lovely shower. I tried and failed to straighen my hair. Mom and I waited for our old family friends from out of town to show up. After they did we chatted for a bit and then drove around looking for a place to eat that was open that wasn't low grade Chinese take-out or a buffet. We found a Kosher Chinese resteraunt but the wait was hideous. We went to a Kosher bakery and bought some pastries and just went back home. We had the pastries with coffee and\or tea and chatted for a hour. After they left I debated whether or not to go see Sherlock Holmes and decided against it, didn't have the time. We went to the family we usually eat with on Friday night. It was just the two of us and the two of them. No huge crowd, how lovely. We had a good dinner of various salads, baked fish, and chicken with a dessert of tea and a raspberry\chocolate\peanut butter moose pie...thing (it was actually really good!). We played our favorite game, a Mensa game called Time's Up. You have three rounds with these cards, the cards are people and fictional characters. I was sad and appalled when the wife, Ilia, rejected the Yoda card for something else. Yoda!!! Oh well...
After that we went home and I watched LLS with Craig Ferguson. Then I read some fan fiction, talked to some people, and went to sleep at around 4.
Day 26 → Your week, in great detail
It mostly consisted of getting ready for my trip and getting last minutes gifts for other people (and myself) because of the sweet deals.
I took complete advantage of the lack of school, studying, and having to get up early. I stayed up late and slept in until 10. I did my errends and cleaned the house for the Sunday party. I also watched a lot of House...a lot! Chatted with friends. It was a week of being a sloth.
Day 27 → This month, in great detail
Um, wow. Is it sad I don't remember everything that happened? I have a clearer memory of June then this month! Um, okay. I crammed for finals, stayed up late and woke up early. I juggled four three fandoms (House, SP, and Zelda). I applied at various jobs, both local of some sort as well as NPS jobs across the country. I worried about my soul sister quite a lot and I planned for our Yosemite trip. That's...about it. Sad
