I'm an aunt again. Elena had her baby close to 1pm, 9 pounds and 12 ounces if I remember correctly. I'll have to make a point to visit my new niece this week.

Today's animal...
The Przewalski's Horse. At one time these were extinct in the wild but programs were made to breed it and reintroduce it to it's native Mongolia. It is said to be one of the only "true" wild horses, horses that aren't descendants of domesticated horses (mustangs for example).
