[OOC: *Giggles* It's allowed, no worries.]

"Date is irrelevant but time is crucial"

What leads you to think that, sir?

Yes, they look like clocks. What makes you think that date has nothing to do with it?

This place supplies us with that which was deemed fundementally important. We are supplied with the time. We are not supplied with the date.

That doesn't mean it's unimportant. Maybe the date is so redundant they thought we could keep track for ourselves?

Is it redundant?

Well, everyone keeps track of the date in some form, right? And if we're all from differing time lines, we're all on differing calendars, possibly different points in time? I know it was before Christmas when I was brought here. At least, I'm pretty sure. And someone has mentioned his birthday being in February.

So maybe whoever brought us here thought we could track the date ourselves?

[OOC: Yes, she's looking over journals to make sure of these things. :P]

Perhaps.

(( In other words. You are capable; but I still believe time is important. XD ))

[OOC: It's okay - I think we know the pin is 000000 in this post.]

So, date is probably not irrelevant. The same as whoever brought us here is not irrelevant. Just because we don't know yet, doesn't mean it's unimportant. In fact, that's probably something we need to figure out for ourselves? What the date really is?

Or they could intentionally want us to lose track of the date. I know I've already lost track of the number of days here. But that happens easily with me.

How old are you, Miss Lily?

I don't really know, to be honest. The Bishop says I'm about fourteen and my brother fifteen. Why do you ask?

You do not know? Curious.

(( he kinda thought she was younger XD ))

Yes, my brother and I, our records were lost when we were very young. Frankly, we aren't entirely sure if we're biological siblings or not.

[OOC: Lovely part about your long term memory extending four years at most.]

My condolences. Care to explain your world to me, Lily?

My World? It's already kind of fuzzy . . .

It's dangerous. Very dangerous. Kids disappear off the street all the time and there's bad people everywhere. And people get gunned down in the streets regularly. And the mafia - there's three families in my town!

But the church is nice and Bishop is good to my brother and me. So I'm okay with it.

What about yours?
