Fascinating case today. Every once in a while we get a Cursebreaker in here but this is the first time I've worked on one in a few years -- he sustained multiple crush injuries on a curse site and his femur fracture not only broke the skin but in fact the exposed femur actually impaled him through the chest.
He was in Egypt at the time -- he came in at 10 AM today, I've been working on him ever since until now, with a few consults, mind, and wow.
That was a lot of work.
That was INCREDIBLE.
Things are all right other than that. Mr Massey has all of his pieces in the right place now.
Someone's knocking on the door of the on-call room, that's got to be my dad. Fantastic.
