[Application Form]
This is the form that should be used -- with no exceptions -- to apply for a character in with_vertigo. When finished, please comment on this post (comments are screened). It will be judged as quickly as possible.
The form:
BASIC INFORMATION:
Name: What you would like to be called by the other players.
Age:
LJ username: You must have one to participate.
Email Address:
Y!M, MSN, and AIM screen names: State which ones you have and your screen names for each.
Current RP Commitments: State the games you're in, and either the amount of characters in each, or name the characters you play. Either way is acceptable.
CHARACTER INFORMATION:
Name: The full name of the character you're applying for. If your character doesn't have a canon last name, either make one up, or leave it as is.
Age: Again, use the age given in canon, or make one up if it's not given.
Background: Provide a short history for your character, mostly regarding things that happened prior to the start of ZP.
Writing sample: This is the part that is most important -- you must show that you can play the character correctly without straying into OOC-land. The sample should have some interaction with either a NPC or a canon character (in this instance, it's not thought of as godmodding) in order to show how you would have them interact with other people. This should be in third person, past tense.
