OK, I may be a little late to the party, but these two have been on my brain for a few weeks now and they won’t leave me alone. I kinda love them, and this scene is the cornerstone of all that is Elijah/Katherine. It was so touching, getting to see Katherine as a vulnerable human, as she was before all the tragedy made her hard and manipulative. Precious. And the softer side of Elijah? Equally precious. Seriously, how cute are they in this scene? I can’t even stand it.
