[OOC] Psychic Permissions / Reapp Info
Okay! Two very important orders of business here:
1) River is a psychic. This means she can crawl around in your brainpans and dig up all sorts of ~interesting~ information. That said, however, I really don't want to go around touching people without their permission. That would be godmodey and bad. :'( So! I need to know the following things about your characters:
1a: Can River access your character's mind?
1b: If so, what can she see? Generally speaking, she goes right for the interesting bits -- secrets, bad intentions, nasty memories, etc. -- but she can pick up on other things instead if you don't want to play out that kind of thing with her.
1c: Can she bring it up? And if so, how? Her default is "cryptic but uncannily accurate;" that's what I'll have her do if you don't specify something else. (i.e. "don't bring it up in an unlocked post", "don't go past super-vague hints", things like that.)
1d: If your answer to any of the above is "anything goes," please link me to either your character's app or a wiki page. I know a lot of canons in passing, but very few in detail.
2) I'm not the first person to play River. In fact, it looks like she only idled out recently, so I really don't want to step on any toes here. If you had previous CR with River, could you please tell me? A summary of the relationship would be nice too, though she's obviously not going to remember any of it. :|d
