"Belle!" Rumpelstiltskin had (patiently, in his opinion) looked for close to ten minutes for the woman who was supposed to be his caretaker. It annoyed him that she was so difficult to find. He'd been gone a week, so it wasn't as if she had much actual work to do, so where she could be he didn't know. He'd checked the kitchen (and stopped for a biscuit,) her room and the library. Now he was in the great hall again, and it was as empty as it had been the first time.
"This is my home, things should be where I want them." He stomped one foot, petulantly. 'Things' included his erstwhile housekeeper, in his opinion, who could at least be bothered to greet him, after a week away, especially when he had a boon planed for her.
"Serve you right if I leave again." And he would, in just a few minutes. It wasn't like he actually needed her to come with him. It wasn't like he'd missed her.
