Akashi! And I'm really better with pistols. My friend Mana's pretty good with shotguns and sniper rifles, though. But I'm definitely willing to learn!

[NEW FAVORITE STUDENT.]

If you're willing to learn, then I am more than happy to teach you. It's better that you know about all types of firearms; you don't always get your preference.

[She'll also be teaching them how to improvise weapons out of just about anything, but that's a lesson for another day.]

Yeah, I guess it pays to be prepared, huh?

[Elsa waves the girl to the front of the room so she can get a better view of what's going on.]

[gonnamarrydaddy]

[Yuna bounces on up to the front of the class, all smiles.]

Okay, ready!

[Elsa sets one of the shotguns in front of Yuna and picks the other up.]

Now, watch closely.

[And she starts taking the thing apart. She can do this with her eyes closed, but she forces herself to do it slowly enough that Yuna can see what she's doing. After she finishes, she looks at the girl expectantly.]

Now, you.

[It's her first time doing this kind of thing, so Yuna is understandably not that good at it. She fumbles around with the pieces a bit, getting stuck halfway, but eventually manages to get the thing taken apart. It does take her a little while, though.]

Wow, this is harder than it looks...

Which is why I'm giving you this opportunity to learn and practice.

[Elsa's getting out some supplies to clean with.] Try putting it back together and take it apart again. Like anything else, you get better each time you do it.

All right! Let's see...

[Yuna gets the first few parts together faster than the later ones, just by virtue of having touched those ones the most recently. But the picture is starting to come together for her, and eventually the rifle is whole again. And then she starts on disassembling it once again. Guns are precision instruments with lots of working parts, so it's still slow going, but she seems to be getting more confident, at least.]
