Does anyone have any advice on keeping close contact with someone outside Hogwarts during the school year? When the pair I'm trying to keep tabs on are Muggles and can't participate in spells to help?
I have never had to ask what is or isn't against the rules in this area. But I have been debating whether or not to return this year at all, due to the seperation that would require, but since Sunny has taken so well to Uncle Monty and the Incredibly Deadly Viper, it seems worth a try.
But having another means of contact besides the daily morning letter would be reassuring.
