I never make any. Never have any intentions to keep any that I half heartedly make anyhow.
Except maybe this one... I want to travel. Overseas. Where English is a second language.
Now all I need is a sh*tload of money.
Meantime - this looks interesting
http://www.sleepydog.net/tvproduction/slingers/ - sounds soooo Ricky.
Can't access interview either - silly ADSL. But, it's Sean Pertwee (hmmm) and Mike Atherton. Oooh.
Have been shopping with DIL. We spent ages in Officeworks yesterday. Sad when you'd rather buy stationery items than clothing.... Letting the sisterhood down. On the upside, my study is now more of a little sitting room, and Ratface is trying to take over. I told him I'd make his room over if he wanted me to. I can see it as a very comfortable Parent's Retreat. Would love to relocate the bookshelves in the lounge room and put them in his office, then he could build me new ones, and my books just might fit! Good plan.
Looking after M tonight and tomorrow. I'll be knackered by then. She is gorgeous, and quite the easiest child I have ever taken shopping. Tomorrow we try out the clam shell pool.
Garden is recovering, and Ratface not quite as grumpy. He and walking partner are compiling information on their first book. This year for planning, next 2 years for compiling and writing, and year after for publishing. They don't expect to make any money at all, they just don't want to lose any. It's about the WW1 War Memorials in small country towns in S.A. Sounds dead boring, but some of the amazing little stories behind these great little memorials must be told.
Have bought dress for wedding - first thing I tried on - I like that. And it was on special. Like even more. I may actually even wear this one a few times, unlike last one. Looked great on in changing room. When I looked at photos, couldn't help but wish photographer had been woman. SHE would have told me to pull it down a little - all you can see is a very large verandah.
Anyhoo - off to do housewifey things, including throwing out more stuff. This hurts.
