I believe it was
headbanger118 that said, if Momma ain't happy, no one is..LOL
Well Momma , and I wasn't happy this week..
Momma threw up all this week..The weird thing about this is, hospice doctor doesn't even know, what might cause her to throw up yellow stuff. We thought maybe constipation, so we tried giving her laxatives..still didn't work. She isn't eating enough, so there is really nothing in the tummy to throw up..
She had bouts like this in the past, but they would always pass. Not this time, everyday I was watching my Momma become weak from this coming up. I finally decided to give her some nausea meds (Promethazine)that her old doctor had given her when this had happened before. Still no change..Finally yesterday, she didn't throw up, and managed to eat a little vegetable soup , and fruit..Hospice is still scratching their heads, and wondering why? Just as her doctor in the past had..The med I used, is one that hospice gives to their patients, so it must have something to do with the body becoming shut down..??? Hope she continues with a good weekend..Cause all of us were quite concerned for her..It is amazing to me how she keeps on trucking along..There must be something left to do or see..Who knows?
The kiddos went to Vegas to attend Kyle's last band concert of the year.I was feeling a little slighted that I wasn't able to go..I like being a part of my grand-kids activities..This last year,I wasn't able to attend alot of their school functions with Momma so sick, and the dementia setting in more..
Shawna called me on her cell phone, and let me hear the last bit of Kyle's performance..OMG, I was so happy, and grateful..I could hear his tuba, and they sounded VERY GOOD..I talked to Kyle later in the evening, and he told me that his father was going to give me a copy of the performance as he had taped it..YAY !! Now I just hope I do in fact get a copy..LOL...
Not sure if Kyle will be coming to live with us, as he has been given the position of helping the 5th graders learn the tuba..Can't take that away from him..I am sure he worked hard to be given such a great service.. We will see..
With the kiddos gone to Vegas, I was asked to babysit the new kitty*Fluffy* she is a chocolate -black in color with persian, and himalayan in her-he? lol..She has kept me quite busy, and entertained..I don't like the fact, the chit peed on my bed, and the couch..Guess she forgot there was a litter box or just got to playing, and like a baby child forgot to use the potty..LOL It's been fun to watch her, and got a few laughs out of Momma..Not to many though..hehe
Hospice was amazed, that we were able to get Momma out on Mother's Day..They wondered how we did it.?..With gentle love is how..lol
As some of us know, with stress comes bouts of flares..Yesterday was pain in the back, and legs...It has passed now where I can handle it..Thank you Great Spirit...
Nascar is in Charlotte this weekend..how I wish I was there..hehe...
Did anyone watch *Farrah* last night..Wow, didn't know she had fought so hard...I respect her courage..prayers to her, and her family, and friends..I remember when we were younger, my brother had her famous pinup on his bedroom wall..He was so in love with her...LOL
I miss Jefroloco...Wish I could just sit, and chat with him ...Wonder how his night out went? Hmmmm...tata..
