I've found couponing helps me save money.
My sources of finding deals:
Jill Cataldo's website. She's a local Chicago-area Super Couponer. She posts the deals of the week usually on Sunday evening or Monday morning. These drug store sales CVS, Walgreans and store sales like Target are for the sales happening that week. For example sales usually start on Sunday and Saturday. The grocery store deals usually run Thursday to Wednesday, so by the time the Deals of the Week are posted, you only have Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday to take advantage of those grocery store deals. In our area we have Jewel (Albertsons) and Dominick's (Safeway).
I also use Coupon Mom and you can sign up for free. She has a tool that you can use to find an item with the best price!!!
I used to use The Grocery Game but unfortunately, it was a little too expensive so I discontinued my membership.
Examples of my savings.
I bought %167 worth of groceries and paid only $81. I cut my grocery bill in half. It's not extreme couponing but it's better than paying full price.
