Chicago Blizzard of 2011!!!
Lake Shore Drive which runs along Lake Michigan and by downtown was closed down because of an accident. People were trapped in their cars for up to 12 hours or so. Many just left their cars on the street and walked to safety. Others were rescued...
Thundersnow? Yes, there was a thunderstorm during the blizzard but instead of rain it was snow!!!
