It's me, Witchrae! :D
Haha, it's a shame. My LJ is totally abandoned for almost a year. :( I'm still a crazy fangirl, but I don't have time anymore to write my crazy teories about the fandoms that I love.
But still.
When I read the ending of HOLiC, I wanted to write something, but I'm still in chock, so I'll wait for the oad. XD
All I can say now it's that I'm a bit sad with the ending, I LOVE HOLiC! It's one of my favorites works from CLAMP... actually I never wished the end, haha! I love Yuuko and Watanuki, so I'll miss them... a lot. :(
Kobato. is made of pure awesomeness. I love this series from the very begin. And Fujimoto... oh well he's my favorite male character this time (because Li Syao from CCS is my fav of all time and we don't have Watanuki every month anymore ): ).
I loved the anime as well (SHIPPERPLZ) and the manga is great.
I loved GATE 7 as well! I think it's a great time in CLAMP's works, and GATE 7 is receiving the best treatment ever. The art is absolutely lovely (Hana's eyes are BEAUTIFUL!), the colors, the chibi's . XD And the plot is a really good one. Since the very beggining, in the oneshot, Ohkawa-sensei got your attention (mostly, because of the very first kiss in just one chapter! LOL SakuSyao all this years and we got nothing...) and the intriging plot, with a bit of the "HOLiC-feeling". I'm sure it will be a great manga as well.
Bleach is still a crazy manga to me. I swear I'm still reading this just because of Rukia. XD (or IchiRuki, whatever comes first :D) This new saga lacks in interest. But things are getting better (Ichigo hears Rukia's voice after activating his "fullbring"? yes, please.)... or so I hope.
Kubo-sensei is really predictable. :P But I do hope that Inoue gets better this time, not just a annoying fangirl. The girl have potential. And Ishida is pure awesomeness. :3 So, you got it, Kubo-sensei? Ishihime please.
In a not so related to mangas side, since the middle of 2009 I'm into the LOZ fandom. And this guys are amazing. XD The fandom of Zelda is a really active one, with reorchestrated music, fan movies, amazing cosplays, talented artists with beautiful fanarts, animation and even talented artists who make some amazing fan comics as well. (it's seriously, if you like Zelda you have to read
The Zeldanime Project. These guys are awesome.)
It's a shame, I play videogames since I was a seven years old little girl but I had never played a Zelda game before (but I was aware of it's existence. XD I watched Capitain N when I was young, and the cover of Majora's Mask always haunted me when every time I went to the video rental XD). I almost played Majora's in 2008, but I stopped right in the begining.
So one day, my sister invited me to play some Super Smash Bros. (the original, from the N64). This day, I fell in love with Link. XD My sister (who is a big Nintendo fan) started to tell me about this series. She knows that I like things medieval style and stories with a strong feminine character... and (who I'm trying to fool?) stories with a made of pure awesomeness and hotness protagonist. So, as she said, The Legend of Zelda was perfect to me.
And it's true. I fell in love with this series so bad that I started to search every little thing related to this. I started with Ocarina of Time (N64), the most awesome game that I'd played. It was the right choice. The plot was amazing as the characters. Zelda, Link, the sages.... and Sheik! She is my favorite character of Zelda. :) (or, my favorite Zelda incarnation ;D ... oh well, this is spoiler XD)
Other things I like... as the crazy theories and timeline? A crazy japanese mind? Zelda has the most crazy timeline. And the most crazy creator.
And shippers, of course. ZeLink is made of win. <3
So I followed with A Link to the Past (SNES), Spirit Tracks (DS, and it's beautiful. You can say anything but I loved this game XD), Oracle series (GBC but I stopped xD), The Legend of Zelda (the amazing firts game from NES), Adventure of Link (NES, an it's so hard that I'm still playing). So my sisters got a Wii in her birthday last year and the first game we played was Twilight Princess (Wii), and later Wind Waker (GCN, and I loved Tetra and Toon Link as well! <3). Now I'm playing Majora's Mask (N64). Without a walkthrough. :D
In this time, I read all Zelda mangas that I could find and even watched the old Zelda cartoons (I think I watched they when I was young as well but I couldn't remember), and the old comics from Valiant Comics (the art is not so pretty, but the plot is really interesting. So bad they got cancelled after 5 volumes.)
But. My anxiety now. Skyward Sword.

WANT. NAO.
Oh well. This is it! Just to say that I'm not dead. XD I'm drawing a lot, and I got a tablet in my birthday in the end of the last year. <3 Oh, I wished I had time to do more colorings :(
See you guys! :D
