Right now I love punishing myself and not eating. I get great pleasure of refraining and almost fasting. Of course I'm eating SOMETHING, but not nearly enough to keep up with my energy need. So I have to loose weight all the time, I hope. I'm really bad in exercising, but I'm lucky to have a little bit of muscles anyway. But if I have to loose weight it's better for me to concentrate in healthy eating habits rather than trying to get myself to go f.ex. jogging every day.
I've usually eaten breakfast (bread w' cheese and ham, coffee w' milk, sometimes cookies for desert) and lunch by now, but today I only had an orange for breakfast and crispbread (2) with cucumber and a large cup of tea for lunch. I'm planning to eat a normal supper, but not anything unhealthy. My problem is clearly eating too much and too fattening food in the evening, when I feel lonely/tired/unhappy/bored. But if I can keep myself from buying fattening food products, then I don't have anything to worry about. The decisions are made at the grocery store.
I've been writing e-mail almost every day. I have a new friend, who lives a little further, but she seems like a really intelligent and warm person, and is interested in the same things as me. Writing and receiving letters does me good. And analyzing things with her does also. I'm glad to have found her.
