I can't remember if I took my meds last night.
Normally,if I miss a dose it's because I've run out and I don't have the option of taking a make up dose. I'd take some now, but I'm not sure I missed a it or what would happen if I double dosed myself.
But I was getting crabby before this so it isn't all the meds' fault.
