A mistletoe is a little plant that is usually hung over doorways during the Christmas season. Traditionally, anyone who is standing under one would have to be kissed. Of course, you don't have to, but it's apparently a good excuse for couples.

...However, the ones around Somarium are a bit more, ah, forceful.
