[ If he was a total dick he would comment on the fact that most of her friends looked really...strange. But again, the things he had seen, man. The things he had seen. ]

That looked like quite the adventure, mia cara.

[ The doctors in your world wear beaks, Ezio. You have no room to comment. :| ]

That was just a few weeks ago. We were trying to find Diorre... [ She rubs at her eyes a little, still tired. Then she picks up the Dreamberry, giving it an annoyed look. ] So this thing does that, huh? Records dreams?

[ this is my counter-argument ]

So it was a memory? I'm sorry then, Angela. It must be difficult.

Si, unfortunately so. They're fairly annoying.

[ Owl novices >>>> everything. You win. ]

It was, but some things weren't right. The lampflowers are usually all lit at night, and my friends don't normally... glow like that.

I saw someone else's dream before. That Nero guy. I wasn't sure what was going on, though. I guess it makes sense now.

That tends to happen with dreams. [ Smiles faintly. ]

You'll get use to it.

I guess there are worse things. Hopefully my subconscious won't be embarrassing me any time soon. [ She runs her fingers through her hair then seems to brighten a little. ]

What about you? Sleep better now that you're not curled up on my couch?

Oh? Something you do not want us to see, bella?

[ Laughs. ] Well enough. Your couch was quite comfortable though. Next time I'll try not to fall asleep in the middle of our conversation.

Every woman has some secrets, Ezio. You seem like the type who'd know that much.

[ She has to smile at that. ] Don't make a habit of tiring yourself out to see me, all right? I know I'm irresistible, but I'll feel bad if you develop a crick in your back from sleeping on my couch.

Believe me I know that well enough.

[ HA. ] Certainly you could think of ways to keep me awake, si?

I thought so.

[ She grins. ] I don't know. You seem to be a pretty heavy sleeper.

[ He usually isn't, but god damn if he wasn't exhausted the day he came back. ]

It was a very trying day. I usually don't have the pleasure of sleeping like that.

Winding up back here would probably be pretty draining. [ She can sympathize, it's been some time since she's been able to sleep inside and in a comfortable bed for multiple nights in a row. ]

Speaking of that, are things coming back to you now?

More annoying than anything.

Si, si, slowly but surely. At least I can remember names now.

Well, even when you're frustrated you manage to be charming.

So there are people still here from when you vanished? [ She winces, hoping she isn't stuck here for the next fifteen years or so. ]

It comes naturally.

Yes, but I was told that it had only been a week here since I left.

I imagine it does.

A week? Seriously?
