Soooo....
Today I spent the day with Tony and his mom.... hung out, went to pick up some fabric, walked around the mall...
Tony bought me a train set which is AWESOME! It is the sweetest most awesome thing... Plus he bought me the fabric I need to finish one of our walls in the bedroom. I decided to use a dark green fabric as our wallpaper/paint on the wall that has the window.
The train set is around the tree, which is something I have wanted for some time now. =)
We painted ornaments at his mom's house. She bought us our first Christmas together ornament which was sweet.
Then I made these cookies that I found on sparkpeople.
They are very easy and are more of a brownie type drop cookie.
Double chocolate fudge mix
semisweet chocolate chips
3 egg whites
1/2 cup applesauce.
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Mix everything together except the choco chips, that you fold in after everything is mixed.
Then 18-20 minutes it should be done.
Yeah they were super yummy let me tell you.
Now tomorrow I am going to work on the slow cooker pineapple ginger chicken.
Also, I am making peanut butter cookies for my little brother. It is his birthday.

I am nowhere near finishing my aunt and her husband's blanket. Wow, it is a very big task I set myself. I have WAAAAAYYY too many gifts that I am trying to work on...
But yes, I will finish them all. =)
