Мда ситуация с посылками не радует.
Сейчас в пути 4 посылки с разными датами отправки, с начала января до середины февраля, и не одна еще не трекится в России.
Самое забавное что 13 февраля с Опсгира вышла посылка в Кемерово и 20 появилась в импорте.
Толи мне так не везет то ли что.
Я думаю врятли наша любимая почта России пролюбила все посылки.
С опсгира пришел ответ по поводу поиска первой посылки от 02,01,2010.

I apologize that you have not received your package yet. We will need to file a claim with the US Postal service for the lost package. in order to file the claim, some additional information will be needed from you:
A signed letter from the consignee stating the following
1.
Date the package was mailed. (12/30/2009 )
2.
Invoice or auction number. (******)
3.
Description of product. ( Sporting Goods )
4.
If loss, state parcel never received; if damage, state description of damage and if repairable.
5.
Signature and date.
Please fax this information to Claims 1- 801-608-1543 or send as an email attachment but please make sure it is signed. Once this information is received, we will process the claim. The US Postal service requires that for lost parcels, you must wait 21 days domestic and 45 days for International shipments. For shipments to Italy, you must wait 60 days before filing. Once we have the information needed from you and are able to file a claim it generally takes approximately 10 business days to resolve the claim at which a replacement order will be sent if approved. In the mean time, please check with your local post office or customs to make sure they are not holding the package. If you have any questions at all, please let me know.
