You might recognise him from a couple of months back, but to Ace, it feels like he was only gone for a day. Which is why it really sucks to get yanked back to find that so long has passed, he has to re-start

Yeah, so I heard. I only spent like, twenty hours back home, then bam. Back here again, and told I'm a week into a whole new term. Not fun.

I figure you'd need a doctorate in physics to even begin to figure it out. [sighs] Thanks. I'd say it's good to be back, but it kind of isn't. And I'd say it was good to see you again, but seeing as it feels like I only saw you less than a day ago... [yeah, it's all kind of weird :|]

So, what are your classes?

Ah, some of the same classes as last time, some different. Pretty much leapt at Criminal Justice and Tactical Strategy. [grins, because he loves those two subjects] You completed the last quarter, right? Studying anything interesting?

Crimminal Justice, hmm? Seems a bit difficult. What about your previous classes?

I think the most interesting class would be driving...[Interesting only because he wanted to see how long he would last.]

Nah, not really. One of my favourite subjects back at the Academy. Might be hard, but the fact it's fun makes up for it! [his face falls a little at the mention of the old ones] Aah, apparently they don't count. Seeing as I didn't manage to complete the term. [shrugs] Guess I'll be pretty far advanced in some classes then.

Yeah, I saw that class. Seems... weird. Looks kind of interesting though. [Ace likes speed. big metal boxes? not so much]

Nah, not yet. Got four full quarters before graduation, and that's even if we don't get sent home. I figured I might as well take the classes that'll be more useful back home, first. You have driving in your world?
