[The Training Center hadn't held much appeal for Yuna at first. To her, it had also seemed a little frightening, especially since she was used to travelling with a large group of people whenever fiends were around. But today she had decided to test out what the Garden had called "GFs". By the description, she assumed they were similar to aeons in

[She's only here in an attempt to work out a few kinks in her body, and so she really hadn't accounted for seeing something large and winged inside the center. That certainly wasn't there the last time she had been in this place. There were only the dinosaurs and the walking plants and... Her hand goes reflexively to the sword at her side, even though it might be futile.

Instinct gives her two choices, fight or flight. Technically she wouldn't even be able to fight the thing-- who could? And so running away is the better of the two. She'd rather get away from this and live to see another--

And then it's gone. Missing, like it hasn't been there just a few seconds ago. And she scowls because it's strange and different, and possibly even a trick. Perhaps it hasn't been there at all.

Yuna is here as well. She can hear her voice, just nearby, and Naoto moves closer, trudging through the brush to find her roommate. If she hadn't been hallucinating, then Yuna would definitely have seen the thing, whatever it is, too. If it was all in her head... then she'd be in need of an early night.]

Yuna?

[moonflowering]

[Yuna looks around upon hearing Naoto's voice, surprised. She really hadn't expected to find anyone else there during her run through the Training Center-- it felt very isolated, despite the fact that there were so many cadets and SeeDs living in the Garden that might want to train.]

Naoto? [And so she, too, moves through some of the bushes to reach her roommate. She notices that Naoto doesn't sound too happy.] Are you all right?

[swordbitch]

[She moves a little closer, still wary, but not of Yuna, no. Anything that big shouldn't be able to disappear just like that, but it did, and so who can tell when it'll decide to crop up again?]

I should be asking you that.

[And to her, she's in the right, because Yuna's obviously been here longer, and there's no way she couldn't have seen the thing. And maybe she's just lucky to have gotten away when she did.]

[moonflowering]

[Yuna tilts her head to one side, confused.]

Those fiends that resembled plants weren't too hard to take out. Perhaps I overdid it a little, but... I was just practicing. [Maybe she meant that she shouldn't have used a GF on such easy monsters? Yuna frowns. That was probably a good point.]

[swordbitch]

[This time it's Naoto who frowns, because of those strange words. There's nothing wrong with the language, no, she can understand just fine, but... They were worded in a way that Yuna somehow knows what's happened, and that she's almost related to that large flying thing in the area.

One and one make two, and she remembers those subjects dedicated to controlling things that could certainly be like that. "Para-magic" and "GFs" and the like.]

You used a GF?

[She's more surprised that Yuna, her usually polite, kind-hearted roommate has something potentially dangerous. Beware the nice ones indeed.]

[Yuna is a little taken aback at how surprised Naoto sounds, but then... she supposes that Valefor does look quite intimidating if you consider it to be taken as an enemy. Yuna's just never really thought about it. She laughs nervously.]

Um... yes! It was. I was able to summon that creature, Valefor, back in my world. But here, it's become a unique kind of GF. [Valefor's not... that dangerous, honest! Not unless Yuna sets it on you, that is. Er.]

[swordbitch]

... Right.

[She files away a mental note not to get Yuna angry.]

It followed you.

[Because there's nothing else to say, and to be honest, she wasn't expecting things like that to come around with their... "owners" to other places. And other worlds to actually have them in the first place.]

[moonflowering]

I... guess it did. I don't know how! But I'm sure Valefor's not too different from any other GF that you could get here. [Not that Yuna knows anything about other GFs. She only knows what little she's learned in class, after all. But hey.]

[swordbitch]

Have you seen any other GFs?

[Because she certainly hasn't and she's almost, vaguely curious about these things, especially when she's not taking up those subjects this quarter.]

[moonflowering]

...I've seen pictures?

[That doesn't sound very reassuring, but she has seen some pictures. Yuna was very surprised to find some names she recognised from her own world among them.]

[swordbitch]

[All Naoto can sincerely reply to that is a quirk of her mouth, biting her lower lip. Just... no words.]

[moonflowering]

[...yeah, Yuna realises that sounds pretty stupid, too. Oops.] I'm sure... I'm sure we'll be able to see what they look like eventually, right? When we... find them?

[Yuna actually knows next to nothing about how to find GFs around the world, though, so she can't really offer anymore information in that respect. There's only two on the Garden network that she knows of.]
