Depends on what they've done. Certain things are, after all inexcusable.

There's nothing wrong about being difficult; you could be sensible for all they know.

An act of aggression, I would say. If you're referring to a particular incident, I could probably consider otherwise.

I generally don't forgive, however.

Perhaps not, though I wouldn't dismiss my preference. If they had a choice and went for the wrong option, then I wouldn't forgive them.
