[Well. Earlier than normal for the girl Lightning remembers needing Fang and Hope to get her up in the morning back on Pulse.]

I couldn't really sleep... So I thought I'd come get something to eat, instead!
[ She's having a hard time with this sleeping in bed alone thing. ]

Have you tried exercising before bed? Wearing yourself out might help you sleep.
[Either that or figuring out what the real problem is and solving that issue. Because Fang is at least easy to move if need be.]

Um- no problems sleeping for you, huh? [ Not that she actually thinks Lightning would have any problems- she's just ready for the subject to change. ]

[Though, remembering the trouble they'd had getting her up on Pulse, Lightning wouldn't be surprised if Fang or Vanille's roommate make some kind of posting about her being sick because she won't wake.]
None. I've never had problems sleeping. [Beyond the occasional nightmare or those first few nights on Pulse while they got used to the noises, but...nothing like what Vanille's got.]

That's good. I hope no one else is, either. [ No, she's probably the only one. Between not being able to fall asleep and crying whenever she did end up finally getting there, sleep has always been a bit of an issue for her.
It really is good that Lightning can sleep easily, though- Vanille can't imagine what it would be like to have another version of herself running around. Especially not another version who was so... Different from the way she really was. ]
How are classes so far? Do you like teaching?

As for anyone else missing sleep, well, Lightning's heard nothing. Then again, she hasn't been really listening. Been too busy getting prepared for anything that might happen with her double and that's been kind of tiring. It's certainly odd to deal with, that's for sure.]
Now that my students are shooting themselves in the foot or nearly hacking each other to ribbons because they didn't want to listen to me, yeah. Classes are coming along fine.

It can be, but the ones in my class have already taken the beginner courses. They should know better by now.
[And if they don't, well, that's what she's supposedly here for. To keep them from killing each other while they're still learning.]
