[Humming as she enters the hallway, done with teaching for the time being, not yet noticing her. When she hears the proclamation, she chuckles and makes her way towards the girl.]

New record?

Yeah! I'm gonna make myself really strong like this. I think it'll help for using my gunblade.

[She beams with pride.]

I like your hair, by the way.

It's definitely a great strength training exercise! That's how my friend built up his reserves.

[...Granted, he was doing spiritual energy reserves and not muscular. But the point still stands~

Botan beams right back.]

Why, thank you, dear! I like yours, too. It's a very lovely shade.

I want to be invincible one day. I'm already pretty tough. I take the fighting classes with the big kids!

[It's a point of pride for her.]

[Botan chuckles, not unkindly, just amused and endeared to her enthusiasm. She can't help but give off a few words of wisdom, however~]

My, that is quite impressive! Remember, though, it's always nice to challenge yourself and see how far you can go, but in reason.

Well, I'm not taking classes like math with the big kids. But Mama made me really strong. My body heals right away, like someone cast a never-ending regen spell on it!

To be in any class with a big kid would be impressive, I think.

[So cute Luki! *A*]

That's a rather impressive power, dear -- but the point still stands. Everyone has to work up to their limits before they can go beyond them. Do your best, but don't overwork yourself!

Limits? You're silly.

[She giggles.]

These classes don't push me to those. Mama's training was much harder.

Oh! Really now?

[That is an interesting thing to hear. Occasionally she's heard of some students who've breezed past these courses for training, but she hasn't come across one personally yet.]

Mama was a geneticist and she made monsters for me and Noki to fight! We were the best at those games.

[Botan derps out for a moment or two. Geneticist? She's run across several of those before, not quite the most friendliest or sanest in the bunch... but this one is such a nice child that Botan merely files it away in the back of her mind.]

Fighting games, hmm~? Sounds quite interesting! Anything like in the Training Center?

Kind of! That’s why I wasn’t afraid to fight a T-rexaur. I even made a t-shirt for it, ‘cause when life gives you T-rexaurs, you should kick them in the face!

[She’s quite proud of that t-shirt, too. It was her first foray into silk-screening.]

Oh my~ That sounds like quite the interesting shirt. Have you considered selling them, perhaps? You could start your own small business.

Hmm...maybe. And I can give them as presents to people who actually kick T-rexaurs in the face.

That would certainly get you some free advertising! Quite the business abled mind you have, there.

[...though, Botan's pretty sure the number of people who go and kick T-rexaurs in the face is a short list.]

Then it could be...um...

[She pauses and tries to recall the correct term.]

A rite of passage. Kick a T-rexaur in the face, and get a t-shirt to prove you did it!
