[Damian trudges over to Zuko's table and sits at the opposite end of the table. The table was mostly free, and he didn't feel like sitting with a group of people.
The kid stares at his food for a moment or two before finally taking a disdainful bite. He hates this sludge they call food, but as there is no alternative he really doesn't have a choice. After a few bites Damian actually looks up and notices someone actually sitting there. He blatantly stares at Zuko's scar before muttering.] That's one hell of a burn scar.
[Zuko tenses at those words, sensing rather than anything else that the other male is openly staring at him. A scowl is shot in Damian's general direction, his tone hard and not exactly the friendliest.]
[If Zuko's curt response ruffled him, he's not showing it.] It's simply an observation. Unless you have a secondary personality and a coin fetish, I really don't care.
Next time try a different approach. [Zuko drops his utensil down onto his tray and shoves his chair back.] One that doesn't include the giant scar right on my face.
[Yeeeeeeap. He then stands and picks up his tray, turning to leave the table and walk off, not at all thrilled right now.]
[He doesn't get in a full step away from the table before he hears the other boy speak up behind him again. Zuko grits his teeth and turns his head to send him an irritable look over his shoulder.]
How it looks and how it feels are two different things. I'm a walking beacon for ridicule, that's not cool to me.

[Sorry, Zuko. Tact isn't his strong suit.]
