[BBS] Attached Video?! GFC Announcements!
[The camera comes into focus, and everyone gets an eyeful of Gakupo's face too close to the lens. He seems to have filmed AND uploaded this video to the BBS on his own. A big step up!]

Greetings, Balamb Garden. I'm Gakupo, the leader of the Garden Festival Committee, and I come bearing a few important announcements!
As this will, hopefully and sadly, be my last quarter as a cadet, I'll be in search of someone to replace me. In the meantime, I'd like someone to act as a sort of Vice Leader. [Pauses to think.] Or a similar title, in order to learn the ropes, so to speak. If interested, please let me know as soon as you can!
Something that is quite precious to me is coming up: Homecoming! A year ago there was a ball held as a way to welcome in the new arrivals, mostly the off-worlders here, but especially to see everyone smile. Yes, it sounds sappy and corny, but I still believe we should all have some sort of enjoyment. I'm very grateful that I took a chance and asked the Headmaster for such an opportunity, or we wouldn't be enjoying this tradition this year! [He looks rather proud of that admission.]
The time compression has affected most of us, I'm sure. Some people had pleasant trips back home, some did not, and a good number of others were still here, enjoying a month of no classes. All in all, it wasn't all that fun. [Wry smile.] Hopping back and forth through time is such a headache!
Along with the Homecoming dance is a Homecoming Court, where we all vote for nominees to become Homecoming King and Queen, along with a Prince and Princess! SeeDs and cadets fall into those categories, respectively. Nominations for Homecoming Court will be later on in the month, so think long and hard! Also, each club will be nominating a Beau and Sweetheart to represent them after the Homecoming Court is announced! GFC, I'm counting on you guys! [Grins.]
For those of you who are thinking of running, think of some memorable campaigns!
We will be having a carnival before the Homecoming dance! A whole day full of fun, food, and excitement! It's been a while since I've went to one! There will be much more in store, of course, but it's too early to give out spoilers!

With all that said, I'd like to hold a meeting for the GFC next weekend, if possible. If a good number of members would like to meet after classes during the weekdays, then also let me know as soon as you can! Is next Saturday alright for everyone? Please bring some ideas to make this quarter extra special! For those wanting to join, then all you have to do is show up!
