[As a matter of fact, he does have Hyperion with him! It's gripped just as tightly in his other hand. But Seifer will end up noticing Maria by the time he reaches the steps that lead to the elevator, throwing a look over his shoulder in her direction.

Those wide eyes of hers are a little unsettling to say the least.]

[It takes a lot to impress this guy. Right now ... Seifer's pretty impressed. Although she's wasting his time in speaking to the Headmaster, he actually stood there and listened to every word she had to say about Hyperion and his technique and also even the notes about Squall's own gunblade.
