[This would be one of those times Shadow runs into the Chameleon when he's not holed up in his room. Hell, even Shadow confined himself to his own room. Seeing a version of himself trying to...no, destroying the Special Zone.

Never heard of it. Outside of the Special Zone, I only know Mobius... and Mobius doesn't have anywhere near that many humans.
